Girls Lacrosse

Welcome to Canada’s national summer sport!

Girls’ box lacrosse is played indoors in hockey arenas with the ice removed or covered.  Teams are five on five and it does allow some forms of checking.  The season runs spring and summer.  Please click the sub-navigation above for more details.

Girls' field lacrosse is a non-contact, outdoor sport.  It is played with teams of 7 (U9/U11 - 6 runners, 1 goalie) or 10 (U13-U19 - 9 runners, 1 goalie) each side on grass or turf fields.  The season runs spring and summer and games are played rain or shine.  Please click the sub-navigation above for more details.
