|EARLY BIRD DISCOUNT||
Most Girls and Boys Box registrations will qualify for the early bird discount of $50.00.
The final early bird registration day is Feb 28th.
The only exceptions being - soft paperweight, paperweight and boy's intermediate.
Cost of Tryouts are $5 if paid during registration
$10 cash at the door the day of the first tryout
Family Discounts will apply to the third child (or more) at a rate of 50% off program fees off the lowest fee.
Discount is not off Rep Fees which is included in the Girls Box Fees.

The house league season will end with the Ted Thornley Tournament of Champions on the weekend of June 23 and 24th. This will be the only weekend dates of play.

We have merged together with the OLA and all Returning Members will have to upload their proof of age again.
New Members (make sure you have uploaded your players proof of age prior to starting)
OLA policies allow us to accept any of the following for proof of age: child's birth certificate, passport, baptismal certificate, Certificate of live birth, Doctor's letter on his/her letterhead, driver's license or health card.

You will then be asked to create a family account or an adult member account ( I suggest you create a family) unless you are registering and paying for yourself
Fill out the New Member Account Registration Page
The Member Portal will come up next, click on New Registration
Product Registration Page will come up, pick your participant, click NEXT
Choose the Registration Product (it will only show what team you are allowed to pick due to their age or sex. If you are only offered coaching positions please double check the sex on your registration - you may have inadvertently hit M for male instead of F for female.
You will be then taken to a Waiver that is age driven from the OLA, you must accept or agree before moving on
Proof of Age- here you have to upload your child's proof of age, scan it or take a picture with your smartphone and upload it
Please make sure it is a clear photo so it can be approved at the club, league and provincial level.
Payment Options is next.
A full refund (-$50.00 administration fee) will be issued upon written request up to March 31, 2018.
A 50% refund will be issued upon written request until April 15, 2018.
NO refunds will be issued after April 15, 2018.
MEDICAL REFUND POLICY
A full or pro-rated (if season has started) refund will be issued upon written request when accompanied by a doctor's note.
ALL REQUESTS MUST BE IN WRITING AND BE ACCOMPANIED BY YOUR ORIGINAL RECEIPT.
