The Annual General Meeting will be held

6:30 pm - Sign in and Register 

7 pm - Vote Count and Meeting

Here are the following positions open for election this year

• President
• VP Boy's Box (1 year)
• VP Boy's Field
• VP Girls Field
• VP House League(junior) (1-year term)
• VP House League (senior)
• Treasurer
• Secretary
• Registrar
• Scheduler
• Equipment Manager (1-year term)

We are always looking for Volunteers to help....many hands make the jobs easier.  If you would like to volunteer but not sure about what you can do, come to the meeting we are always looking for committee members too.
