Please take time to review the 2 files for Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) training brochures.  You may remember seeing these brochures during your AODA training.

It is required by law that all staff and volunteers receive training in Accessible Customer Service and the Ontario Human Rights Code, Duty to Accommodate.

Let’s take this opportunity to refresh those who have already been trained and to provide training to the new folks in your group.

If you have any specific AODA questions, please contact Lolita Paroski, Inclusion Services Coordinator for the City of Kitchener & City of Waterloo at 519-741-2200 ext. 7226. or email her at lolita.paroski@kitchener.ca or lolita.paroski@waterloo.ca
